The Midnight was the all-black variant of the Royal Star Venture S, a full-dress V4 touring cruiser with fairing, trunk and hard saddlebags. In its final 2006 year it came in Raven paint and, from mid-year, with unstudded pillow-top seats. Mechanically it matches the rest of the 1294 cc shaft-driven Venture range.
